Opening the Tonneau Cover
1. Turn both of the rear handles inward to release
compression.
2. Pull the clamp down and turn the assemblies to
disengage them from the lip of the pickup box.
3. Open the cover to expose the handles.
4. Align the clamp assembly bolt (A) with the retention
feature (B).
5. Turn the handle assembly and clamp assembly bolt
sideways (A) into the slot of the retention feature (B).
6. The handle should lie flat on the panel with the
handles facing inward. Press firmly to secure.
This step must be done before stowing the cover.
7. Fold the cover forward.
8. Remove the retaining strap from the bow. Connect
the retention buckle ends. One end is located on
the front of the tonneau cover behind the cab
and the other end is on the tonneau cover
9. Pull on each strap to make sure both buckles are
attached.
