Your High Efficiency Air Cleaner is an investment in comfort and protection for your family. The Air Cleaner is much more efficient than ordinary furnace
air filters, and you may expect benefits if you suffer from allergies caused by pollen, dust and other airborne allergens. The High Efficiency Air Cleaner is
not a cure for allergy problems but you may discover that closing the house during the pollen season, and operating the heating and cooling system
blower continuously, will provide substantial relief.

ABOUT THE HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR CLEANER

The High Efficiency Air Cleaner will also provide marked reduction of household dust and smudging particles so you may experience a reduction in
dusting and cleaning.

The Air Cleaner has no electrical components and therefore requires minimum service. It does not generate ozone and is not affected by fluctuations in
air temperature and relative humidity.

The Media Condition Indicator will show when the Air Cleaner media needs changing. Your HVAC Service Technician will be able to provide answers if
you are unable to determine when to change the Air Cleaner media. Changing the Media more frequently than suggested by the Condition Indicator is not
normally required.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Braeburn Systems LLC warrants each new Braeburn air cleaner against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of five

years after the original date of purchase by a professional service technician. This warranty and our liability does not include damage to merchandise or

the air cleaner resulting from accident, alteration, neglect, misuse, improper installation or any other failure to follow Braeburn installation and operating

instructions.
Braeburn Systems LLC agrees to repair or replace at its option any Braeburn air cleaner under warranty provided it is returned postage prepaid to our

warranty facility in a padded carton within the warranty period, with proof of the original date of purchase and a brief description of the malfunction. This

limited warranty does not include the filter media, or the cost of removal or re-installation of the filter cabinet.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province. Answers to any

questions regarding our limited warranty may be obtained by writing our corporate offices.
