2. Overview
2.1 How it Works
TCDialer uses the following procedure to make an outgoing telephone call on user‟s behalf:
1) At f irst it makes a first call to the user‟s own telephone.
2) As soon as user has answered the first call, the establishment of the second call to the desired
telephone number starts. The user hears the ring back
tone or the company‟s “hold the line” music
(depends on the call transfer method used with particular PBX).
3) Once the called person answers the call, this call will be transferred to the user‟s telephone and both
parties can start talking.
