Export Error

During document export, processing was stalled and an error message appeared (113364):

Failed to release document

Empty Table Fields Exported Invalid Data

If numeric table fields were left empty, they caused an error because they used the text string

value of “(null).” (113236)

Batches Exported to Wrong Folder

Batches were sometimes exported to the wrong folder. (113584)

Large Color Document Export Caused Memory Issue

If you attempted to export a 2,000-page color TIFF document, the export connector failed after

an Out of Memory exception occurred. (326173)

Known Issue

This section contains information about a known issue with Kofax Export Connector for IBM

FileNet Content Manager.

Connection Error

While setting up the export connector on Windows 2008/2003/XP, the following error may

appear (324904):

Unable to connect to http://servername:9080/wsi/FNCEWS40MTOM/

Workaround: Avoid the error by installing hotfixes or updates from Microsoft, as applicable

to your operating system.
