The device only can be paired with
smartphone in the application.
Why I could not download the
application Smartgear with my
phone?
Smartphone needs to be iOS 6.0 and
above or Android 4.3 and above, with
Bluetooth 4.0 and above. Please check if
your phone meets the requiremens.
Why my device could not record the
steps when I walk?
To avoid misdetect, the device will not
take record when the activity is less than
10 steps.
