Follow the silkscreen and solder all parts on the PCB! Insert voltage regulators in relevant holes on the PCB! Mind
the silkscreen for LM317 and LM337 markings! Solder volt-
age regulators. Use two screws remaining to fix the heat
sinks to the PCB. Make sure that heat sinks do not touch
each other!
