SECTION 8: TROUBLESHOOTING

Engine loses power Engine overheating

specification.
Improper fuel
Air cleaner element plugged

Stale or low octane fuel.

Drive chain jumps
change tooth; repeated

Remove 1/2 link; if still loose, check
for suspension damage.

Starter does not work Loose or corroded connections.
Low battery output
Sulfate or worn-out battery.
