Setting the distillation time

To set the distillation time, proceed as follows:

Press “TIME”, the digit for minutes starts to flash.

Press “TIME” again, the digit for seconds starts to flash.

Set the distillation time by pressing “UP” and “DOWN”.

Start the distillation by pressing “START”.


Digits stop flashing after a certain time or after starting the distillation.
When pressing “UP” and “DOWN”, the time is first counted slowly, then faster.
The distillation time can be set in a range of 1 second to 99 minutes 59 seconds.

Setting the steam power

To set the steam power, proceed as follows:

Press “STEAM”, the digit starts to flash.

Set the steam power by pressing “UP” and “DOWN”.


Digits stop flashing after a certain time or after starting the distillation.
When pressing “UP” and “DOWN”, the steam power is first counted slowly, then faster.
The steam power can be set in a range of 30 to 100%.

Program storage

The program storage function can be used optionally. Up to 9 programs can be stored. In addition the
last used program is stored.

Storing a program

To store a program, proceed as follows:

Select a program with “UP” and “DOWN”. The steam-display shows P and the program number.

The program settings are shown after releasing the “UP”/”DOWN” button.
Press “STEAM” and set the steam power by pressing “UP” and “DOWN”.

Press “TIME”, the digit for minutes starts to flash.

Press “TIME” again, the digit for seconds starts to flash.

Set the distillation time by pressing “UP” and “DOWN”.

Press “REAGENT 1” until you reach the required acid or water dosing volume for storage.

Press “REAGENT 2” until you reach the required sodium hydroxide dosing volume for storage.

Press “START” to store the program.

Selecting a stored program

Select a stored program by pressing “UP” and “DOWN”. The steam-display shows “P” and the
program number. The program settings are shown after releasing the “UP”/”DOWN” button.

NOTE
The program settings are changed before a new distillation is started. The old program settings will
be overwritten with the new settings.
