WARNING
Electrical Shock or Persor\a! Injury Hazard.
Disconnect the electrical supply before servicing or cleaning the unit. Failure to do so
could result in electrical shock or personal injury from cleaner suddenly starting.
Review this chart to find do-it-yourseif soiutions for minor performance
probiems. Any service needed, other than those described in these
Operating Instructions, shouid be performed by an authorized service
representative.
PROBLEM

Cleaner will
not run.
1. Unplugged at wall outlet.
1. Plug in firmly. Push ON-OFF
switch to ON.
2. Tripped thermal protector.
2. Reset thermal protector.
3. ON-OFF switch not turned on.
3. Push ON-OFF switch to ON.
4. Tripped circuit breaker/blown
fuse at household service panel.
4. Reset circuit breaker or replace
fuse.
Poor job of dirt
1. Full or clogged dust bag.
1. Change bag.

2. Agitator On-Off selector in
wrong position.
2. Set in the correct position.
3. Clogged hose or nozzle.
