Q2. The Sentinel Advance is connected to the PC, but not enabled. What can I do?
A: Here are possible solutions:
1. First try to change to another USB port.

DeviceManager> delete the hid compliant mouse (Sentinel Advance)>unplug Sentinel Advance mouse>
re-plug Sentinel Advance.
