Will another dog’s
bark set off the
Deluxe Anti-Bark
Collar?
• No.
Is the Deluxe Anti-
Bark Collar safe and
humane?
• Yes. The Deluxe Anti-Bark Collar is designed to get your
dog’s attention, not to punish him. However, the initial Static
Correction may startle your dog.
Will the Deluxe Anti-
Bark Collar work for
my dog?
• The Deluxe Anti-Bark Collar is safe and effective for all
breeds and sizes of dogs. However, the Big Dog Collar is
recommended for dogs 18+ kg and the Little Dog Collar is
recommended for dogs up to 25 kg.
• The system should only be used with pets who are over
6 months of age. If your pet is injured or its mobility is
otherwise impaired, contact your veterinarian or professional
trainer before use.
Can I attach a lead to
the Deluxe Anti-Bark
Collar?
• No. This can result in pulling the Contact Points too tightly
against your dog’s neck. Attach a lead to a separate, non-
metallic collar or a harness, making sure the extra collar
does not put pressure on the Contact Points.
Troubleshooting
My dog keeps
barking (does not
respond to the
Static Correction).
• Tighten the Deluxe Anti-Bark Collar and/or trim your dog’s
hair where the Contact Points touch his neck to ensure good
skin contact.
• Replace the battery.
• If your dog still does not respond, contact the Customer
Care Centre.
The green LED
light stopped
flashing and there
is no red light.
• Ensure that the battery is properly installed.
• Replace the battery.
• If the green LED light is still not flashing, contact the
Customer Care Centre.
