Assembly Instructions 2
IMPORTANT
* Please keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up
the Head Cap Bolts in the future.
* Do not tighten up all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
* Use a soft cloth between these parts and the fl oor.
* After assembly, item must be level to work properly.
STEP 1
Attach Side Frames (C)
and (D) to Seat (B) with
Sleeve Bolts. (see Figure 1)
Attach Back Frame (A) to unit with Head Cap Bolts (80mm)
and Nuts. (see Figure 2)

STEP 2
Attach Glider Plates to
Base Frames (E) and (F)
with Head Cap Bolts (60mm),
Metal Washers, Plastic Washers
and Hex Nuts.
(see Figure 3)
