3. Printer function
Insert paper
The printer uses thermal paper. You can order this either directly from seca (see “Spare
parts and accessories” on page 12) or from a specialist supplier. The rolls of paper may
not exceed the following dimensions: ø 28 mm, width 57 mm.
To insert the roll of paper, proceed as follows:
– Lift the transparent flap of the printer a
little way until the paper dispenser flips
up with a click.
– Now open the paper dispenser fully by
pulling it forwards from the rear.
– Remove the packaging from the ther-
mal paper.
– Unroll a little of the paper.
– Insert the roll in the paper dispenser so
that the printable outside of the paper is
facing the tearing edge.
– Push the paper dispenser of the printer
closed. Ensure that the flap engages
with an audible click.
Warning!
The flap must be closed (engaged) cor-
rectly, otherwise the printing unit may
be damaged.
