Dear customer!
Congratulations on your new Gastroback Design Kettle Pro. The Kettle is designed for boiling
pure drinking water. Powerful 2400 watt heating elements are integrated in the bottom of the
stainless steal kettle and therefore protected against damage, making cleaning and decal-
cifying quite easy. A dual water gauge will help you to measure the required amount of water.
For additional safety, your kettle is fitted with an additional thermal cut out. In the event of
overheating, the kettle will automatically shut down to prevent further damage.
These instructions for use will inform you about the various functions and features, which make
it easy to take pleasure in your new kettle.
