CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

After each use it is important that you properly clean your new Froth Au Lait

appliance. You should rinse the pitcher in cold water prior to using. In addition, the

following guidelines should be adhered to:

Immediately after each use, place a small amount of warm water in the

Frothing Pitcher to soak. The water helps prevent the buildup and drying of

milk and flavored powders on the non-stick surface and makes cleaning

easier.
The Frothing Pitcher, Froth Whip, lid, and Flavor Hatch™ should be carefully

washed with warm soapy water using

. Then rinse and dry with a soft towel.

to avoid dropping in the garbage disposal or accidentally discarding in the

trash.

NEVER USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS, METAL SCOURING PADS, OR

CLEANING PADS NOT APPROVED FOR NON-STICK SURFACES.

AVOID USING CLEANING UTENSILS WITH HARD SURFACES SUCH

AS PLASTIC OR METAL.

To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not remove the bottom

cover from the base unit or disassemble the container heating unit. Repair should be

done by authorized service personnel only.

WARNING:

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce

the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one

way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,

contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
