The activation push button needs to be held down continually during operation; if released, the motor unit
stops running.
Use of chopping knife
1. Place the anti-skidding rubber band onto the bottom of the workbowl, then put the workbowl on a stable,
flat surface and insert the chopping attachment into the axis within the workbowl in a way that the axis of
the workbowl fits into the hole at the bottom of the attachment.
2. Put all the ingredients in the bowl, take care not to exceed the maximum volumes given for the individual
food ingredients and the 1 litre marking on the side of the device. Before putting the ingredients in the bowl,
slice them into 1-2 cm cubes with a knife. Please make sure that there are no fruit seeds, bone or other hard
materials in the bowl.
3. Fit the lid to the mixing bowl so that the gasket ring faces downwards.
4. Place the engine unit onto the lid of the workbowl. If necessary, make sure that the axis of the engine unit
and that of the chopping blade fit accurately with turning the attachment. If the base machine stands
wrongly on the workbowl, the driving out axis and the chopping blade will not fit appropriately. In this case
modify slightly the position of the blade and turn it within the workbowl, then repeat the placement of the
base machine.
5. Plug the main supply cable connection of the device into the wall socket, then switch on the device with
pushing one of the operating buttons. With the button LOW the device works at a slower rotation speed,
with the button HIGH at a faster rotation speed. During the operation of the device always ensure the fixture
of the engine unit on the workbowl with one hand, this way you can prevent the consequences of incidental
vibrations.
6. The chopper can be operated continuously or intermittently. Remember that if you run it intermittently, the
sum of the short operating periods must not exceed the maximum operating time of 30 seconds.
7. When you have completed your work, switch off the device by releasing the activating button and unplug it
from the wall socket or extension cable. Wait until the chopping knife is at a standstill and only then remove
the motor unit from the processing bowl.
8. Following this, lift off the cover of the processing bowl, carefully remove the chopping knife and pour-out the
contents of the bowl.
Instructions for use of the chopping knife
Warning! The edges of the chopping knife are very sharp and may cause injury.
Exercise particular care when removing the chopping knife from the bowl,
and when the bowl is emptied or cleaned.
