Assembling the bed head
PLEASE NOTE: Before building your B2Y King single bed you must
disassemble the cot fully, including all capping screws and base.
Please re identify all parts including screws.
Due to the weight of this product, assembly requires 2 people.
Remove 2 x L
capping nuts and
2 x G bolts from fixed
side.
Place 2 x B
wooden dowels
Into bottom edge of
fixed side.
Push bed head
pelmet onto fixed
side
Screw pelmet to fixed
side panel with 2 x J Bolts
A: Lay cot end panel on
the floor to make up back
base of King single bed.
B: Sit base onto
2 x B foot and 2 x C foot .
Do not screw B foot at
this stage.

C: Screw C foot to
base into bottom holes
using 2 x H bolts and
2 x L capping nuts.
D: Sit bed head onto bed
base then using 4 x bed
head clamps attach base,
foot C, clamps and head,
screwing with 4 x I bolts and
4 x L capping nuts.
Clamp between
foot and outside
edge of bed head.
Screw through foot
and clamps to front
of bed head.
