1 . Put the soda water, syrup and juices together in
a large pitcher; stir to combine .
2 . Fill two glasses with ice . Add equal amounts of
tequila to each . T op with equal amounts of the
citrus-soda and stir to combine .
3 . Serve immediately .

1 . Put the chocolate, then the icy milk in a tall
glass . While stirring vigor ously with a long
spoon, add the soda water . Drink should be well
mixed with a large foam layer on the top .
*Portion out the amount of milk that you need,
and put in a freezer -safe container for about an
hour, or until the top layer of the milk is very icy .

squeeze the lime wedge over the drink .
