CHAPTER 11: TOP I/O PANEL
Replacing the Top I/O Panel
Follow the instructions in “Before You Begin” on page 1. 6.
Replace the top I/O panel on the chassis. 2.
Replace the four screws that secure the top I/O panel to the chassis. 3.
Route the top I/O panel cables through their routing guides and connect the 4.
cables to the system board connectors.
Replace the active-venting assembly (see “Replacing the Active-Venting 5.
Assembly” on page 56).
Replace the hard-drive shroud on the chassis. 6.
Replace the ten screws that secure the hard-drive shroud to the chassis. 7.
Replace the front bezel (see “Replacing the Front Bezel” on page 8. 46).
Replace the right side-panel (see “Replacing the Right Side-Panel” on 9.
page 16).
Replace the left side-panel (see “Replacing the Left Side-Panel” on page 10. 15).
Connect your computer and devices to electrical outlets, and then turn 11.
