MESSAGE
You can record an outgoing message up to 60
seconds in length. The outgoing message is
recorded on the microcassette.
2 Set the VOLUME CONTROL at
the midpoint (located on right side of
TC-520.)
NOTE: The sound level is automatically
adjusted when the outgoing message is played over
the phone line.

Be sure the MESSAGE
INDICATOR is lit.
3 Press and hold OUTGOING
MESSAGE RECORD (under the
cassette lid.)

When the RECORD INDICATOR
lights and you hear:
Record new
greeting after
the tone.

Begin speaking about 6 - 8" from the
microphone.
6 Press OUTGOING MESSAGE
RECORD again after you have finished
speaking. The tape will rewind.
7 The outgoing message replays
automatically and the TC-520 resets to
answer phone calls. You will hear:
Hi, you have
reached...
