Replacement panels
Your Ford Dealer will require the
following if you need to order a
replacement panel:
1. Your name and address.
2. The Vehicle Identification
Number (visible on a plate mounted
on the instrument panel). Refer to
illustration under Identifying your
vehicle in the Maintenence and
Specifications chapter.
3. The Audio unit type:
4500 AM/FM Stereo with Cassette,
4600 AM/FM Stereo with CD Player,
6006N AM/FM Stereo with 6 Disc
CD Player, Audiophile Audio
System with 6 Disc CD Player,
MACH 500 Audio System.
4. Proof of identification (e.g.,
driver's license, identity card).
5. A vehicle invoice (if the audio
unit was installed in the vehicle
prior to delivery) or a parts invoice
if the audio unit was purchased
separately from the vehicle, or an
appropriate vehicle registration
document.
