Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Pesto
A twist on traditional pesto, the sun-dried tomato brings a welcome
change to this popular sauce.
Makes about 5 cups

cups extra virgin olive oil
8 garlic
cloves

cups sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil; drained)

cups fresh basil leaves

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

cup grated Pecorino Romano

Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart

until desired consistency is achieved.
