ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Always turn off the Welder and unplug the unit from its electrical
outlet prior to performing any assembly, maintenance, or service.
TO ATTACH THE WHEELS
Attach the four Swivel Wheels (15A) at the front and at the rear of the Base (2A) of
the unit, using the Bolts, Lock Washers, and Washers provided.
(See Assy. Diagram, page 28.)
TO INSTALL THE WIRE SPOOL
1. Use the Handle (5A) and lift the Door (6A) of the Welder to expose the Wire Feed
Assembly. (See Figure D.)
2. Unscrew and remove the two Nuts (1B) from the Threaded Shaft. Then, pull out and
remove the
outer Retaining Spool Ring (2B). (See Figure D.)
3. Insert the Spool (4B) onto the inner Retaining Spool Ring (2B), making sure the
Spool’s Welding Wire unwinds from the bottom (clockwise). (See Figure D.)
4. Insert the outer Retaining Spool Ring (2B) into the Spool (4B). Then, firmly screw
the two Nuts (1B) back onto the Threaded Shaft. (See Figure D.)
