Joining the Service Chase
with a Single Tier Horizontal Headwall
1. Remove laminate panels from chase to allow access to area where headwall will attach (see chase
instructions). Remove fascia, top and bottom covers from headwall to allow access for attaching to
chase (see headwall instructions).
2. Attach chase to headwall using hardware supplied as shown:
3. Once all electrical and medical gas work is completed, replace fascia, covers and laminate panels.
