Victoria Software Review
The LandAirSea Victoria software is
an overlay-based, tab-driven program
combining simplicity with fluent
mapping using the popular Google
Earth® program. Each tab provides
key features without obstructing the
map view.
These tabs include:
1. Controls—The opening screen.
Allows the user to control the physical
mapping controls such a zoom level
and toggling between vehicles. (as
shown here)
2. Users—Identifies vehicles
independently including current status
with continuous address updating,
battery status, speed, and direction.
3. Setup—This tab allows the user to
make operational changes such as
time format, device/group editor, etc

• The
Pause button at the top of the Control Tab allows the user to temporarily stop
live tracking. This will allow the Victoria software to run in the background and not
interfere with other software running on the same system. The Pause button will
flash when the program is paused. Click the Pause button once to resume live
tracking. Victoria software will be paused anytime you create a report, to resume live
tracking after creating a report, click the flashing Pause button once.
• Click
Show Path to view a vapor trail on the path of the vehicle.
When Google Earth starts for the first time after you activate and
start your Victoria software, you will see the following message: “Do
you want to reload file “C\: Documents and Settings\Owner\Local
Settings\Temp\Victoria.kml” and lose any edits you’ve made?”
Choose
“Always, don’t ask again”
