Preparing Your Drive for Use: Mac OS X Users
Since your Glyph hard disk drive comes pre-formatted for Macintosh
you don’t need to format it on installation. If your computer is
running Mac OS X and you decide to reformat or partition your drive,
use Disk Utility (supplied with the Mac OS X operating system).
Preparing Your Drive for Use: Windows Users
Because Glyph hard disk drives are formatted for Macintosh, Windows
users must reformat their drives in order to use them.
