4 Mounting the eluent bottle cap

Screw the eluent bottle cap onto the bottle filled with ultrapure
water.

Tighten one end of the FEP tubing in the M6 opening of the elu-
ent bottle cap.

Tighten the other end of the FEP tubing in Port 2 of the Dosino.
