BONIDE Pruning Sealer is a fast, easy and effective

dressing designed to aid healing of pruning cuts, grafts

and wounds on trees and shrubs, including roses and fruit

trees. It provides a protective coating to prevent the entry of

moisture and the excessive flow of sap. It can also be used

for waterproofing various planting pots and tubs as well as

other items used in the garden. Always replace cap tightly to

prevent drying out. Spills can be cleaned up with turpentine

or mineral spirits.

CAUTION: KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT OR OPEN FLAME.

USE IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS. May be harmful

if swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case

of contact flush eyes with fresh water for at least fifteen

minutes; for skin, wash with white mineral oil, wipe off

excess and then wash with soap and water. Get medical

attention if irritation persists.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

ROSES AND ORNAMENTAL SHRUBS, FRUIT AND SHADE

TREES: Cut away decayed or dead wood, back to sound wood.

Apply sealer to all cuts over ½ inch in diameter immediately after

pruning cuts are made or when grafting is complete. Use the built-in

applicator top to brush on a protective layer of material.

WOUNDS AND ABRASIONS: Trim wound area and treat. Use the

built-in applicator top to brush on a protective layer of material.

WATERPROOFING: To waterproof and seal planting tubs, pots,

etc. make two (2) applications allowing the first to dry completely

before making a second application.
