Chapter 2: Operation

DIP Switches

DIP switches on the back of the unit are used to configure output formats, and enable/
disable video sync and graticule.

DIP Switch Settings

The combination of switch settings determines the overall operation of the HD10C2.

Disable pedestal (SD Input)

ON:
Enable pedestal (SD Input)

NARROW:
Select narrow blanking

WIDE:
Selects wide blanking

Graticule:
(HD Mode 4:3 Safe Area)

OFF:
Disable graticule

ON:
Enable graticule

SD Format

NTSC:
(SD Input)

NTSCJ:
Selects Japan’s NTSCJ format (SD Input)

HD Sync

ON:
Enable HD Sync

OFF:
Disable HD Sync (remove sync on RGB)
