1. Click the “Security” tab
2. Click the “Custom level” tab
3. Enable all settings under
ActiveX controls and plug-ins
4. Click OK
5. Click Yes in the “Are you sure
you want to change…” dialog
box
6. Click Apply
7. Click OK
8. Close Internet Explorer to
save changes
