3. Install 5 ft side rail - Continued:
Press the side rail firmly “up” into place
Using pliers, bend the tab nearest the end over the bot-
tom ‘V’-lip of the reflector to secure one end of side rail
in place
Repeat at other end of the side rail
 NOTE: at this stage, secure
only the tab near each end of
the side rail - this will secure
the side rail in place, but allow
easy realignment adjustment
if required

4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to install the 5 ft side rail on the opposite side of the reflector
 Check to ensure side rails are flush to the end of the reflector
5. Install end cross piece onto the tabs extending from
each side rail
 Ensure top corners of the cross piece fit inside the
reflector
 Bend tabs of side rails 90° towards centerline of
heater to hold cross piece in place
6. Carefully slide the Grille into place supported by the side
and end rails
7. Install the end cross piece onto the tabs extending from
each side rail
 Ensure top corners of the cross piece fit inside the re-
flector
 DO NOT BEND THE END TABS OF THE SIDE RAILS
- the next cross piece will fit on to these tab extensions
 Bend both interior tabs of the cross piece inward 90° on
top of the grille to secure the grille in place
8. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION of the next cross piece, bend
its two interior tabs ’inward’ 90°
 Then install this cross piece onto the tabs extending
from each side rail of the first 5 ft section
 The bottom grille-support surface of the cross piece
faces away from the first grille
 Check alignment of the support framing to ensure flush-
ness with end of reflector - gently tap to align if required
