GENERAL NOTES:
1. The Tuxedo Grille accessory kit can be attached only to TS-xxxx-JZ tube kits
2. Begin installation of the kit always at the burner end of the heater
3. The following instructions are for the first ten foot section, repeat the process for each additional
10 ft kit
4. Handle components with care to prevent scratching or mis-shaping
TOOLS REQUIRED:
The Tuxedo Grille kit required only a set of needle-nose pliers for installation
The Tuxedo Grille includes the following components:
1. Two 5 ft sections of matte black grille (egg crate)
2. Four 5 ft side rails
3. Four 12-3/4” cross supports - ends and middle
INSTALLATION
1. On each 5 ft side rail, use pliers to bend all top tabs to
approximately 45° - ensure bend occurs from the bottom
of the tab for proper fit to reflector
2. Install 5 ft side rail:
The side rails mount with the top beveled edge fit inside
the reflector
At each end: the top edge fits between the reflector and
hanger plate
Align the end of the side rail flush to end of reflector

Bend tabs “outward” 45°
Top beveled edge
