Dear Valued S&S®/ Victory® Dealer,
On 5-1-08 S&S tune files for Victory motorcycles will no longer be downloaded into the ECU using Digital Wrench™. S&S® is proud to release S&S
Freedom® Performance Tuner, a software package that will be used for downloading S&S calibrations into the stock Victory ECU when S&S parts are
installed on a Victory motorcycle. The software will work in conjunction with an S&S/Victory Dealer only website, created and maintained by S&S
Cycle.
Before installing S&S Freedom Performance Tuner make certain that your PC meets the following minimum requirements.
Windows® NT 4.0, 2000, XP, or Vista® operating systems

Pentium 233 MHz, or equivalent processor
•
Standard serial port (RS-232). If your PC is not equipped with a RS-232 port a USB to Serial Port adapter will be needed. If you’re using a USB to

serial port adapter with Digital Wrench™ you should use the same adapter. If you need a USB to serial adapter it is recommended to purchase
the adapter that is available through Diagnostic System Associates (DSA) PT # 06-10001. To order a USB to serial port adapter contact DSA @
269-544-9000.
SVGA monitor and video card capable of 800x600 pixel resolution.

200 Megabytes of hard disk space required.

Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer.

Instructions for installing S&S Freedom Performance Tuner on your PC
1. Open up Internet Explorer on your PC and go to www.ssdealer.com/victory/
2. You will be prompted to enter in your User Name and Password. Your User Name and Password is attached to this sheet in the upper right
hand corner. Enter in your User Name and Password on the login page, exactly as it appears in the upper right corner of this sheet, and click
the login box to continue.
3. The S&S/Victory Dealer home page should now be visible and look like Picture 1.
