Follow the assembly instructions to prepare your MK-101 for operation.
If the Cutting Head is installed, go to the next step.

Align Cutting Head rear
Pivot Hole to the Post Pivot
Shaft and slide onto shaft

Install the Cutting Head onto the
Post Pivot Shaft and install the Cut-
ting Head Tri-Knob and washer.
CUTTiNG HeaD iNSTallaTiON
When installing the Retaining Nut, do not "cross-thread" and DO NOT over
tighten the nut.

Position Movable Cutting
Table to the front of the saw
and raise the Blade Guard

Locate the Shaft Lock but-
ton on the underside of the
Cutting Head
(C)
Depress and hold the Shaft Lock
button and remove Retaining Nut
and Outer Flange using the Blade
Wrench
DiaMOND BlaDe iNSTallaTiON
(D)
Install Diamond Blade onto
Blade Shaft. Verify the Blade is
seated on the Blade Shaft

Check the directional arrow on
the blade and direction of rota-
tion is correct
(F)
Install Outer Flange and Retaining
Nut, depress and hold the Shaft
Lock button and tighten nut
