1. Place the Legs (3) on a clean surface. Position the
Modesty Panel (2) between the two Legs with the four slots
toward the floor. Attach the Modesty panel to the Legs with
three Screws (E2) and three KEPS Nuts (E3). DO NOT
TIGHTEN the screws at this time.
2. Install two Glides (E4) per Leg.
3. Turn the assembly to an upright position. MAYLINE
recommends that a minimum of two people perform this
task.
4. Install the Frame Assembly (4) between the Legs. Position
the Frame with all of the holes 'UP', locating the 'Diagonal' hole
pattern toward the FRONT. Attach the Frame Assembly to the
Legs with three Screws (E5) per side. DO NOT TIGHTEN the
screws at this time.
5. Attach the two Lift Hinges (E11) to the Frame Assembly using
two Screws (E12) per Hinge. Tighten screws at this time.
6. Attach the two Lower Hinges (E7) to the Frame Assembly
using two Screws (E5) per Hinge. Tighten screws at this time.
7. Tighten all screws in the base assembly at this time.
