11. Place the adjacent Desk at the location where it will be used. MAYLINE recommends that a
minimum of two people perform this task.
12. Align the holes in the two Joining Plates (7) with the pre-drilled holes in the underside of the
Adjacent table Work Surface. Attach each Plate using four Screws (E1) through each joining plate.
13. Place the assembled Return in the upright position. MAYLINE recommends that a minimum of
two people perform this task.
14. Lay the assembled Return onto the Joining Plates. Align the pre-drilled holes in the underside of
the Return with the slots in the Plates and secure the Return in place with four Screws (E1) per plate.
DO NOT TIGHTEN the Screws at this time.
15. Secure the Return Modesty Panel to the adjacent Desk Leg using three Screws (E2) and three
KEPS Nuts (E3). Tighten these screws and the screws in the Joining Plates at this time.
16. Level the assembly by adjusting all glides. If your assembly includes a drawer Pedestal, adjust
all four glides under that unit.
17. If your assembly includes a Drawer Pedestal, return all drawers to the pedestal at this time.
18. Two Cable Clamps (E4) are included to position cables away from work area. Attach the clamps
to the Work Surface with one Screw (E1) per clamp.
