Shipping Damage
Your machine is insured against damage during shipping. Keep all packing materials
and containers in case machine must be returned. We will initiate a claim with the
shipping company to cover damage or loss. If there is shipping damage upon
opening your package, our customer service team will work with you to get the
matter resolved.
