STEP 2
Refer to PIC 1. Using warm soapy water and a clean rag, remove all dirt and debris from the
valve covers; allow the areas to dry completely. Wipe the valve covers with the included alcohol
pads to remove any wax or polish; allow the areas to dry completely.
STEP 3
Position the BAHN Valve Cover Accent for Victory as shown in PIC 1. Rest the Accent on a piece of
cardboard (e. g. the backing card from the packaging) to space it up from contact with the top
cylinder fin. Use masking tape to make alignment marks; remove the Accent.
STEP 4
Use your fingernail to rub the adhesive backing on the Accent; this will activate the adhesive. Re-
move and discard the backing.
STEP 5
Using the marks made in
STEP 3
, align the Accent and press it into place for one minute (apply
pressure to the top half of the Accent only); full bonding will occur after 24 hours. Remove the
cardboard and discard the masking tape.
STEP 6
Repeat
STEPS 3 through 5
for the other Accent.
