STEP 2
Using soap and water, clean the area shown in PIC 1 on both saddlebag lids. Remove all grease,
bugs and road debris from the area. Wipe the areas down with the included alcohol pad and allow
to dry completely.
STEP 3 Test fit the BAHN Saddlebag Lid Accent as shown in PIC 2 and 3. The bottom edge of the Accent
is designed to rest on the lip of the lid. The scallop in the Accent should align with the recess in
the lip of the lid as shown in PIC 3.
STEP 4 Refer to PIC 2. Use masking tape to make alignment marks on the lid. Remove the Accent.
STEP 5
Rub the backing on the backside of the Accent with your fingernail to activate the adhesive. Re-
move the backing.
STEP 6 Using the marks made in STEP 4 , align the Accent on the lid. Press it into place for one minute.
Full bonding will occur after 24 hours. Repeat STEPS 3 through 5 for the other side.
