Troubleshooting
Can not turn on
the device
Hear a rapid
beeping sound
• Batteries are not installed or
are low on power
• Batteries are not installed
correctly
• Did not press the ON/OFF
button for 2 seconds
• Low battery
Problems Cause Solution
• Install/change the batteries
as necessary
• Check batteries are inserted
correctly
• Re-insert batteries observing
the correct polarity
• Press the ON/OFF button
for 2 seconds again
• Replace with new batteries
