• Clean window with a non-ammonia cleaner before installing WindowGrip™.
• Measure & test fit WindowGrip™.
• Wet window with a spray bottle containing a solution of one teaspoon
of Joy™ liquid dish detergent in 12 oz (or 1 liter) of distilled water.
• Peel clear backing to expose adhesive using two small lengths of low-tack tape
at a corner of the sheet. Discard the clear backing and spray the adhesive side of
WindowGrip™ with water & detergent solution.
• Apply WindowGrip™ using a hard rubber squeegee to remove water. Smooth with
a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. Contact GAM for a 5” GAM rubber squeegee.
• Trim excess with a sharp mat knife.
• Use a firm, hard, 5 inch Squeegee for best results.
