General Information
1.1 Introduction
The LSG-400-20 Large Format Adjustable Vertical Electrophoresis System is 20cm wide and adjustable
to 22, 32 or 42cm path length with appropriate accessories. The upper buffer reservoir rides on two delrin rods and is
secured at the desired height by two stainless steel thumbscrews.
The LDASG-400-20 Large Format Dual Adjustable Vertical Electrophoresis System is 20cm wide and
adjustable to 22, 32 or 42cm path lengths with the appropriate accessories. Features interlocking
safety covers with leads, removable lower reservoir and leveling base. Accessory aluminum
cooling plates must be ordered separately. Accessories included are for Large Format Vertical
gels. Additional accessory choices are available to accommodate Nucleic Acid or Sequencing applications.
Other applications include; mobility shift assays, antibody super shift assays, Rnase protection assays,
DNA footprinting, differential display, DNA paternity testing and forensic analysis. Separating Proteins
Isoelectric focusing, SDS PAGE or Sequencing.
