11 S ERVICE AND SUPPORT
ads-tec and its partners provide customers a comprehensive range of services and a
competent support team for quick response to all questions concerning ads-tec products
and assemblies.
ads-tec devices are also deployed by partner companies and can therefore be customized
to meet individual customer needs. Only the system manufacturer can respond to
questions pertaining to special configurations and software installations in each case.
No support can be provided for devices that were not purchased directly from ads-tec. The
ads-tec partners responsible for installation will provide the support required in these
cases.
