9. Remove bottom bolts of the same plate. Remove plate
and discard
10. Place hitch pole into installation location on frame.
Place 3/8 x 3" bolt into front hole location and secure
using 3/8" lock nut.
11. Insert copper colored hitch pin into other hole location
and insert cotter pin to secure
