belt engagement pedal: Push the pedal down to
disengage the drive belt. Release the pedal to engage
the drive belt and begin chipping.
chipper feed chute: feed materials to be chipped into
the chute.
discharge tube: The discharge tube can be rotated 360
degrees and locked in place with the lock pin.

3.1 coNTRoLS
FEaTuRE aNd coNTRoLS
Feed roller control bar: (Model CH6614H only) use the
control bar to engage the hydraulic feed (see Sec.
4.4)
Feed roller jack: use the jack to raise the feed roller to
clean out a plugged roller (see Sec. 5.12).
Fuel tank: use unleaded fuel–do not mix with oil.
Rotor access cover: Remove to access chipper blades.
