From the date this gas grill is first purchased for use, BROILMASTER ® will make available, at our factory,

1. No one has authority to add to or vary this limited warranty, or to create for BROILMASTER ® any other
obligation of liability in connection with this grill mounting.
2. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS GRILL MOUNTING IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO
THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME AS THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
