Troubleshooting
This chapter summarizes the most common
problems you may encounter with your sanitizer. If
you are unable to solve the problem, contact the
Customer Care Center in your country.
Problem Solution
The UV clean LED
flashes quickly.
The UV light bulb must be replaced (see
chapter ‘Replacement’).
The UV light does not
go on.
Make sure the door is properly closed.
Make sure the sanitizer is plugged into a live
power outlet.
The UV light bulb must be replaced (see
chapter ‘Replacement’).
The brush head of my
toothbrush does not
fit in the sanitizer.
Check the list of brush heads that fit in the
sanitizer (see chapter ‘Introduction’).
