Channel installation
This section describes how to install the TV channels
automatically.

Connect the RF signal to the TV.

Plug the power cord into the power outlet.

Turn the TV on.

• Press . (POWER) at the rear of the TV or use the
. (POWER) on the remote control.

• Press . POWER at the front of the TV or use the
. (POWER) on the remote control.

Press RC5 SETUP to put the remote control into setup
mode, then press the HOME/MENU button to display
the setup menu. (Hereafter, HOME/MENU will be
simply referred to as MENU)

Select Consumer TV setup - Setup - Autoprogram ;
then select Cable. (unless the installation is using only
Antenna signals - in which case you would select
Antenna)
Note
• The TV will not tune any channel that has not been fi rst
“installed”. This includes SPI direct tune commands!
