The appliance
does not work

You did not assemble
the upper body on the
lower body correctly.
Press the upper body onto the lower body and
tighten the screw with a coin or a screwdriver.
The red mopping
brushes light flashes
because the mopping
nozzle lid is not closed

Make sure that the mopping brushes and the
mopping brush cover are assembled correctly.
Close the mopping nozzle lid properly. Make sure
that you press the lid until it locks with a click.

continuously, the dirty water tank is full and needs
to be emptied.

Check all ventilation openings for any objects that
block the ventilation openings. If necessary,
remove these objects. Let the appliance cool
down before you continue cleaning.
I cannot close the
mopping nozzle
lid.
