Using the appliance
1
Place the appliance on a solid, flat and stable surface.
The appliance can be placed in two positions: upright and tilted (Fig. 1).
Put the plug in the wall socket.
Consult the table in these instructions for use to determine the appropriate duration of the
session.

Put on the protective goggles supplied.

Set the timer to the appropriate tanning time (Fig. ).

Position yourself in front of the face tanner.
The distance between your face and the tanning lamps should be 10 cm (Fig. ).
When the set time has elapsed, the timer will automatically switch off the appliance.
Always unplug the appliance after use.

Keep track of the overall number of sessions you have had on a piece of paper or by means
of the memory knobs.
Protective goggles
The protective goggles should only be used when tanning with a Philips tanning appliance. They
should not be used for other purposes.
The protective goggles comply with protection class II according to directive 89/686/EEC.
